Reflexology is thought to have originated thousands of years ago when pressure therapies, similar to acupuncture, were practiced by the Chinese as a preventative medicine.  The earliest recording of what is thought to be the origins of reflexology is an Egyptian tomb drawing dated 2330 BC, which illustrates a person appearing to be massaging the soles of the feet of another person.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a healthcare system based on ancient principles that go back thousands of years. The underlying principle of treatment is that illness and pain occur when the body's Qi or energy cannot flow freely. There may be many reasons for this, emotional or physical stress, poor nutrition, infection or injury are the most common.

Blood Sample Analysis

If you have been feeling out of balance or just don't feel your usual self, we offer a full range of blood tests in order to gain a better understanding of where your internal disharmony may be originating from, followed by a consultation to discuss your results with you.  Tests are typically carried out as a result of hormonal, menopausal, infertility, nutritional and thyroid related symptoms.
